The location of the hotel was the best part about this hotel. It was across the street from My Khe beach. Breakfast had a big selection and was included. You would only have to pay for specialty coffee. For the price, this is a good place. My recommendation for improving would be: Cleaning the carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms, cleaning the bathroom showers well enough to get rid of the mold spots. We had the family joining rooms.

Breakfast had a variety of choices… Amenities amazing… Convenient location

We had 4 nights at the Canvas Da Nang hotel - our first nights ever in Vietnam. Everything at the hotel was as advertised. It was in a great location overlooking the beach and a short walk to restaurants in all directions. Our room was a grand suite beachfront and had modern facilities, plenty of room, a comfortable bed and cold air conditioning with a balcony with ocean view. Breakfast had a great selection with wide variety of fresh western and Vietnamese foods to try. We enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop pool and tried the reasonably priced Bahn mi and coffee from the hotels cafe. Staff were friendly and willing to help with a good understanding of English.

I am canadian and it is the standard are any hotel at home or better. Very clean, staff speak english, 30sec walk to beach, no smell, ac working, all food restaurant, phamarcy 1 street behind the hotel. Breakfast is good, pool clean. Only negative, roof top bar is just ok nothing impressive. And late checkout is 20$ cad for 1hour lol I just like to give a negative comment on all my review lol

Staff very friendly, good food, great place to stay but rather noisy due to proximity of dual carriageway. Hotel motor scooters are of a very poor standard

I stayed at Canvass Hotel because of its excellent facilities and amenities, including its fantastic breakfast spread. The staff was very attentive. The room was spotless. I had the chance to stay in one of their rooms with a balcony and an ocean view — you can’t beat that. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit if you're looking for the best of both worlds: a sea view and cultural experiences.
