We got the signature deluxe king room with the river view balcony, it was roomy, awesome looking, it was clean and spotless, great amenities, safe, slippers, fridge etc...all great!..checkin was quick and efficient, and check out as well, quick as well! Staff were friendly, great attitude,very helpful, and perfessional!..the breakfast was one of highlights, it was fresh daily, with lots of varities to choose from, and it was on the 5th floor with a pool, which had an amazing view of the city while having your breakfast in the morning!..free under ground parking, quick free WiFi!, it was central locations, right beside the giant market, so convient!...i would come back here to this hotel to stay again if i come back to Ben Tre for sure!!!

Everything was great but be very careful with the shower as it’s very slippery and you could slip and fall.
Also there was these very little ants in my room even though I was 15 floor up.
The bed is comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, customer service was amazing. This is a beautiful hotel to stay in, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Vietnam. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

매우 훌륭해요 Best hotel we have stayed so far .. including all the large 5 stars in the state, and. Elsewhere.. super clean and all the details were top notch.
The breakfast buffet was not the best but the rests are definitely the best
