Amazing room and really convenient location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location but it is inside the pedestrian zone so with heavy luggage you need to be prepared to wheel it through the cobblestone road to get to airport.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Opt in for the breakfast, it is worth it! The rooms are spacious and the fixtures are updated. You can’t beat the location. We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Iron Gate Hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful, enormous suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The high ceilings, elegant bathtub, courtyard view, and old-world details gave the room so much character and perfectly captured the historic charm of Prague. The entire staff treated us with genuine kindness and respect. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the bellman was always there to assist with our luggage and make sure our car was ready when we needed it. That thoughtful service made us feel truly valued as guests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Prague and just a stone’s throw from the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, shops, and the lively atmosphere of Old Town. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel still felt peaceful and charming. We would highly recommend the Iron Gate Hotel to anyone visiting Prague. The beautiful room, historic atmosphere, excellent location, and wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable.

Super atmospheric hotel in a great location. The only downside is the breakfast eating arrangement which is not 5 star. There is a nice upper/external eating area, but food has to be carried from the internal buffet area. Alternatively, you can eat in the small downstairs buffet area close to the food, but it can be busy and cramped. Apart from this, everything else is of a high standard. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give 5 stars as it's a really nice place. But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. The bath tub had no holder at the wall for the shower head and you could only shower by holding it above your head by yourself - there was also a very flimsy and sticky shower curtain.

Great location

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Old Town Prague. Old Town is walkable and transport to other parts of Prague very close by. Rooms are beautiful, beds comfy, buffet breakfast was very good. Highly recommend
