Great location, checkin managed by the hotel nearby and very helpful. Family of 4, enough space for everyone, would visit again.

Just home from Venice & a stay at the Nike Apartment. Sign in is through the Scandinavian Hotel and we were kindly escorted to the property by the receptionist around fifty yards around the corner. The property is perfectly placed for touring the city, located in a very quiet courtyard off a main square. The apartment is small but perfect for what we needed. Impeccably clean. Comfortable bed & nice shower with good water pressure. For what we needed 5* & highly recommended.

The apartment was very, very small. The sofa bed in the apartment photos was open to a bed when we arrived. It was broken and could not be set back to a couch. The small round dining table was pushed into the already small kitchen so there was nowhere for three of us to sit other than the beds. There was toilet paper and towels but no napkins, paper towels, kitchen towels, sponges, or a coffee maker.

The room was in extremely poor condition upon arrival. We encountered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dead bugs, blood on the wall, dirty fingerprints on cabinets and light switches, mold inside both the coffee pot and microwave, as well as excessive dust and cobwebs throughout the room. In addition, the shower caused flooding on the bathroom floor. When the air conditioning was turned on, the air quality immediately became concerning, causing difficulty breathing and a burning sensation in my lungs. The surrounding area also felt unsafe at night. Under normal circumstances, we would have left immediately; however, there was no safe or practical way to leave the island at 11 PM. As a result, we stayed the night but were unable to sleep due to the conditions. We checked out the following day and informed hotel staff of our experience. Unfortunately, the only response provided was that they would notify housekeeping. Despite the room being in what we considered unlivable condition, we were not reimbursed for checking out early. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this property.

It was great to have a home away from home for my three day visit to Venice. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was great to have access to them 24/if needed.

Hotel staff was always glad to be helpful and on our last morning one of them actually walked us to the right alley to get to our alilaguna stop for our ride to the airport.

Nicely done apartment. Down an alleyway so you felt like a 'local'.

Little place was great and clean upon checking in. Next morning there was a strange smell of urine. Took showers went for a cappuccino and then took off for a day of sightseeing. Upon coming back the smell of urine was everywhere. Was strongest behind the bidet. Tried cleaning it ourselves but only seemed to make it worse. Spent about thirty minutes cleaning and then went back out to let it air out. Came back an hour later and it was worse so we went and booked a nearby hotel and checked out. Upon checkout the hotel Charged us a cleaning fee even though we were checking out two days early due to the smelly condition of the unit. No attempt to apologize or refund. Would not recommend this place.

This apartment is in a central location with easy access to multiple points of interest like the Rilato bridge. There is a church right in the piazza which a few steps away from the apartment and there is a museum as well. During our stay there was some construction going on the top floor with loud banging resulting in lots of rubble and debris falling onto our items left in the room. This was promptly cleaned, kudos to Elena at Hotel Scandinavia where visitors check in for this apartment. Very friendly staff at the hotel and excellent breakfast.
