I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had airport shuttle included. When i arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle, i was told i had to inform them for wanting a shuttle 1week prior to use. I booked this place last minute so i had no chance to book it 1week in advance. I tried to tell them but all they told me is they cannot do airport shuttle for me. Was very sad about that. Also anytime someone upstairs uses the bathroom(toilet and shower), i can full on hear the water going down the pipe entire time. Other than that, it was nice.

Booked the suite in the hotel, looked a decent price for quite a nice looking suite for a night in Incheon before heading to the airport. The suite itself was ok (they are all different by the looks so its pot luck). Mine had kitchen area, with pretty much everything labelled as 'DO NOT USE'. So not sure what the point of it was! Had a dining area but no comfy seats. MASSIVE bath in the middle of the main room, which looked inviting but unfortunately the taps were so bad and plug ill fitting that you'd be lucky to ever get enough water in to have one. Decoration was awful - selloptape all over the walls (not sure how or why but there was!). All in, looked quite a decent hotel but its hardly been touched since it was built so its got a very run down feel. Location is ok, walkable from subway and some restaurants close - but its not a particularly lively place. If want to see more of Incheon probably better closer to centre / chinatown etc.

The room was dirty and terrible caused by smell. No recommend this hotel.

It’s so run down and badly cleaned that the photos provided can only be described as fraudulent. The staff nice enough but totally unhelpful. It’s a low level love motel at nice hotel prices

Spacious, contemporary design, unfortunately the hardware is not maintained well.

The hotel was very close to a train station, which allowed me to get back and fourth with ease. Overall stay was nice, the bed was comfortable, the price affordable, and I will be returning.

Rooms were nicely designed and furnished. Hall way between the rooms is musky and hot (stayed during summer). Customer service could do with a lot more attention and training. Staff could be kinder and try to show that they are enjoying working and helping customers.

It was a good stay. Entry was kinda hard to find and neighbor was not great, but hotel itself was good.
