So I had booked a quadruple room, our two teenage daughters were going to be with us but thank goodness one couldn’t make the trip and there was just three of us. It was a regular size room with two cots added in, it was very tight and not as advertised. There also wasn’t a window then we realized there was a small porthole shutter that opened and was covering a small window. We saw some other rooms during the stay as they were being cleaned that were a lot bigger and what was implied when we booked the not cheap room. Our air conditioner worked but had a horrible mildew smell by the third day, thankfully we weren’t in the room except to sleep and we were leaving the next day. Positives, the location cannot be beat, it was like a French apartment building with the courtyard in the center and the hotel wasn’t the entire building there are also private apartments. The breakfast was great, very Italian, pastries, fruit, yogurt, deli meats and cheeses, cappuccino machine and they did have some eggs. There is a beautiful rooftop area available to enjoy a cappuccino or a drink at night.

Excellent location for walking to the major tourist sites and taxi stand at Pantheon. Hotel was clean, breakfast was very good with many options. There are a lot of stairs (tiny elevator available though). Quadruple room was 2 large bedrooms. Typical for Europe, bathroom was tiny. Only 2 complaints: AC in one bedroom wouldn’t go below 24.5C/ 76F and we had to sleep with the windows open to get cool enough. Second: night before leaving I asked about taxi in the am to train station. Desk clerk said no problem, they would call it in the am and it would arrive in 5 minutes. In the morning the desk clerk (different one) said there was a bike race and the roads around us were closed. So we had to walk 15 minutes pulling luggage over cobblestone and scrambling for time, not knowing if taxis would be readily available at that stand for 4 people & 4 suitcases. I know the hotel can’t change the bike race, but the clerk the night before could have told us about when we inquired.

Only things I like about this place was location and the breakfast. It is dated and overpriced. I had to use my carry on as a night table because there were none. TV in bedroom never worked. They kept saying they will fix it but they didnt. For the price I would stay somewhere else.

Beautiful location and apartment!

The Pantheon Inn is in a great location, one block away from the Pantheon. It was very quiet, tucked away behind a courtyard wall. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was good - close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navone. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I did have to carry my luggage up some stairs because the elevator didn't go to the ground floor.

The only issue was that we asked twice about the tv ( was a Smart TV but we also couldn’t get internet) which didn’t have any English stations

Breakfast was 2 inches short of inedible and 3 below terrible. The elevator is so cramped, making it nearly impossible to enter with 2 people and 2 suitcases. The air conditioner shuts off during the day, so if you have to be in your room, you sweltering. At night, you can't cool it below what the hotel allows. Two doors down, there is a hotel with a doorman half the price of this place...do not recommend

The hotel was very cute and in a very central location for Vatican City and the Trevi Fountain. The AC was cold. Nice place to stay
