Entire building is older one and smelt cigarette in a hallways and the room we received as a non-smoking room. That was a bit disappointed. Also every little amenities are for sale. There are bottom line quality body soap and rinse in shampoo that makes your hair so dry. I reserved just to sleep for one night so didn’t mind those except the smell of cigarettes. Location was the number one reason I chose this hotel for my final night in Kochi. Did the job

This is a good option for a good value stay in Kochi. It is close to the shopping streets and a lot of dining options. The hotel is walking distance fro the Toyota Car rental place and the station. They offer a free continental breakfast in the cost of the room.

Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run-down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. There was also some kind of club right outside our window that was LOUD until around 2:00 am. It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do, which was nice.

Older building but very well maintained with a charm. Quiet & clean. Nice central location. Breakfast is free but with limited choices.

It’s an all-smoking hotel, which wasn’t mentioned at first when booking. I selected non-smoking room for the options, but at final confirmation, it always came up as smoking. So I was surprised when I got there. It took about 2-3 days for the smoke smell in my room to clear up. Overall, the place looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s. One of the cheaper places in Kochi though and very close to the station and everything.

Outside of building is in poor condition, inside is dated and needs a renovation, but rooms were big with everything we needed, ambulances in the night arriving at hospital next door were a bit of a pain.

Good condition. Good location. Reasonable price. Nice staff.
