Many years ago by an experienced traveler I was told get the best room in second level hotel rather than average room in best hotels at the same price point. I’m afraid that is no longer true especially of this hotel. The hisotel feels tired and run down. My room although large has not been updated in a long long time tiny bathrooms and dated furniture are just not what we expect in these times of travel. You can not fault Thai cleanliness but there’s a sense that it’s a losing battle here. I suspect so long as it makes money the owners will make do and mend.

The staff were kind. Let's start with the fact that right off the bat, there was a problem with my original room. #1 no balcony # 2 the mini fridge was frozen solid. #3 no sea View. #4 no microwave. The booking described the original room as having a balcony, it did not. The mini fridge was the smallest I've ever seen, and when I opened it I saw it was frozen solid in a block of ice. Room was shabby. I had to argue with the front staff for another room, which they did finnaly agree to, this room had a balcony but no microwave or smart TV. The fridge was bigger so that was a blessing. The TV was working but no Netflix, prime etc. The cleaning staff were solid, but the second room was old too.

It was a great location, but I booked a full sea view room but was given a partial view room. When I asked about it m I was told they were full and could do nothing.

Great location clean hotel great staff

Cleaning good. But they could not get us a new room in 2 days. Our room was noisy. They wanted us to pay extra, but i rellay think im the one who need to be compensate. Would not recommend. there are better hotels.

Hotel needs up date .smelly bath .nosey out .not a clean area

Spacious room, convenient location

The real view starts at the pool level: 4. Rooms below the 4th floor have a lot of trees, umbrellas, and cables scattered through the view. I had to pay an extra 300 baht for the better room, but wow, that room on the 6th floor was really great! The pool is refreshing and has a gorgeous view as well.
