Everything was like the pictures. It’s quite basically all day so it makes for a great place to come back to after being out all day. The reception nice and able to help us whenever we needed help. Only nine minutes away from the station so it made it easy to get to places.

Breakfast

I've stayed in this property twice and have had an excellent time each time. My trip in 2026 was a solo trip and I booked 3 separate and consecutive reservations due to changing plans and I did not want to lose my main stay dates. The staff was helpful when I arrived past midnight and offered to combine them into one room. The process was fast and smooth. They also kept my luggage that was shipped there safe. My single room had a double bed and even though it was small, it was a bit bigger than some hotel rooms I've had in Tokyo and had enough space to open my carry on and check in bags. The hotel is also a 5 min walk to the station. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay for an event at Makuhari Messe

Good easy access to train stations 👍

I had an excellent stay here; very easy to reach via the metro, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel has a public bath and a fresh orange juice counter which added some great amenities.

Nice stay

Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive.

So close to the Shinnarashino station and the surrounding stores like a grocery store! One station over by the local train is a big mall! Took only a few minutes to get there. I didn’t hear any trains in our room and I would say that it was very quiet. We got a room with two beds and the room was clean. My son agreed with me that the bathroom is smaller than other Japanese hotels’. I am 5’1” tall and I thought it was very small. Laundry was very convenient to have on the 2nd floor (500 yen for both washing and drying) which took two hours. Some may need some planning before starting laundry! We extended our check out time to 11am instead of scheduled 10am. It was 2000yen per hour. Breakfast was okay. It was missing some staples like Onsen tamago, hiyayakko, and natto. I would stay here again but definitely won’t include breakfast next time.

Great family friendly option for Tokyo Disney resort, only a few stations away for Maihama station
