Overall good stay, comfortable large rooms with microwave and small fridge. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine

Filthy rooms. Carpets are dirty and stained. Rooms have body odour stench. Toilets were blood stained and black under the rim with grime. Shower wall had hair stuck to it and hair in the drain. Water was not draining in the shower resulting in it flooding over the shower box. Duty manager came to inspect this and blamed me for “using too much soap”, and did not offer anything to remedy the situation in the moment. When upgrades were offered, staff made backhanded comments to me about “causing a scene just to score an upgrade” which was rude and inappropriate. Staff were on their phones in reception taking personal calls on speaker, with inappropriate conversations happening in front of guests. Staff wreaked of sweat that permeated the entire lobby. Disgusting and unacceptable experience overall, will never be back here.

The washer-dryer is one equipment. Does not fully dry if you big and/orheavy items like jeans and sweater. It works well for small and light clothing.
My room was sun-facing, providing extra and perfect heating when sun is shining.
