I love Inn on third; it is a lovely, quaint place to stay in St Pete.

Everything was fantastic!! I definitely would stay again! Made me feel like I was staying with family!!

I loved staying here! Not a fancy sterile hotel, but a warm comforting Inn. This was just what I needed at the end of the day in downtown St Petersburg.

We loved The Inn on Third. We had such a wonderful stay. The room was cute, super clean, very nice and kind staff, and the breakfast was perfect!  The location couldn't have been better. We can highly recommend this place, and we will back soon. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great location friendly staff and can walk to just about everything. Highly recommend

It was older, but very clean and quaint. We had a wine and beer before we went out at their social hour and a continental breakfast in the morning. It was in walking distance to restaurants and activities. The staff was very friendly. We will come back.

Clean room, friendly staff, good choices for breakfast

​Disappointing stay given the high rating—needs updates ​I booked this stay based on the impressive 9.6 rating and accolades on Hotels.com, but unfortunately, my experience didn't match those expectations. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the AC worked great. ​However, the property feels seriously dated and doesn't look like the current website photos. Our room had a very musty odor, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and scratchy (the linens felt like sandpaper). It has potential, but the comfort levels just don’t match a premium rating right now.

The location was perfect. Bryan was a fantastic host, he made us feel like we were regulars when that was our first stay there. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutley Charming Inn! Perfect location for downtown St. Pete with very nice antique funishings, evning beer or wine and a nice continental breakfast with wonderful coffee served in real dinnerware not paper cups and plates.
