매우 훌륭해요 Extremely nice hotel this is our fourth time staying here and always make sure to stay when we come to Phoenix. Customer service is amazing. We have zero complaints.

매우 훌륭해요 Best option to attend events at Van Buren, you just cross the street. It’s a quiet stay, the room was clean although I found stains on a bed cover. It’s great for just staying overnight.

매우 훌륭해요 Good location for the price. Looks like they just purchased it and transformed a cheap motel into a nicer hotel. They are going in the right direction. Was just me and my daughter and it was good for us but I prob would not bring my little kids here just because there isn't room for them to safely run around but for an adult and a teenager going to the convention center it was a good deal and worked for us. I would go back again.

만족해요 Room wasnt very clean stains on the pillow cases. Not the best area. Perfect to go to van buren for a concert. Wasnt expecting mini fridge and microwave that was amazing. Coffee machine didn’t work and vending machines outside were sold out of most the drinks but it served its purpose. The rooms are renovated and look nice compared to the outside.
