Great central location and surprisingly quiet too.

great location, everything good. the only thing to make note of is: its a shared toilet and bathroom that i didn't pick up on at time of booking. My fault i booked in a rush if would have had on-suite, this would have been perfect.

The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small.

Comfy matress, great hot shower & very clean. James was very accommodating. 5 star would definitely stay again

The room was very well equipped and spotless! The bed was really comfortable.

Room was clean and comfy. Was upgraded to garden room on arrival. Staff were super helpful and highly indulgent of my bumbling idiocy with the gate and key safe which are ibfact super easy to use.heloful

Can't fault my stay except for one thing - there was no hot water in the morning on the first day, so no shower for me that morning. On the plus side, the owner did come to my rescue, but i had to come back to have my shower later. On the second day, there was hot water a plenty.

Very Basic but clean

Would have appreciated a place to leave our luggage for the day & collect it later. Even just in the hall at our own risk.
