No batteries in the remote. When we went to the reception, only a security guard was present who couldn’t help. Heater constantly making some beeping noises even after we turned the heating off. Had to unplug the whole unit

Hotel and staff were excellent.

Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Location was good. Customer relations could be better.

Apart from the wrong post code, everything is good

Excellent hotel, clean, beautiful design, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my hotel room was adorable! The cafe was delicious, relaxing to lounge in, awesome to have this available. Highly recommend to travelers.

good location! the price is worth it! and compared with other hotels, the price is inexpensive!

in town for a show at the arena, staff very polite & helpful, appreciated keycard access to lifts, overall a very enjoyable stay & we will be back!

Overall the hotel was great value for money

I stayed at this hotel because I was going to a concert. The location is perfect. The room had a double bed and then a single bed. The single bed was like a cot. It was so hard, like sleeping on the floor. The location cannot be beaten. It's just around the corner from the arena.
