The location being close to transportation and places to see and eat was very good. Room was small with no air conditioning and no small refrigerator but good for money. The female staff at the desk were extremely nice and helpful specially Tanya but the man at the desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all

Cozy and clean, close to train station, good for the price.

Black mold growing on the ceiling and cockroach infestation in the rooms. The beds were also falling apart and the staff were not on the property until morning. Highly do NOT recommend

Great location, very clean room and bathroom. Nice soap in washroom, room had kettle with two instant coffees and also a fan for the room. Beds comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. Elevator is a bit noisy, you can hear it in your room. Recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Would recommend staying here.

Room seemed clean but my wife got a few bites on the hip from the bed. Nothing bit me. Staff was very helpful.

Run away from this property. Amenities were extremely limited, service was at times very rude, rooms were minimally equipped especially bathrooms, beds were uncomfortable, lighting was poor, noise from outside was loud, supples were empty, etc. all in all an extremely bad expedience. Highly recommend picking another hotel.

Hotel is clean and simple. We rented a triple room and while it was fine for our needs, it is very spartan. You must pay an additional fee for a very simple breakfast- you’re better off walking down the street for a hot breakfast. Good location for walking to all the main attractions and close to mass transit for longer treks. Montreux has a pass for visitors that gives free rides on local transit and discounts at many local attractions. This is a wonderful bonus and made our trip easy and enjoyable.
