Not many words are needed to describe the Banyan Tree Krabi! It is simply amazing. The rooms are not only stunning but also immaculate. The views are indescribable, and the breakfast buffet is world class. Most important of all the staff are the most kind and sweet people. From check-in where we met Phoom who made sure we had a lovely anniversary surprise and outstanding view, to Jayda who checked in on me when I felt sick, Dao at the pool bar with her lively attitude, and Pop the manager who made sure we were happy with our stay; I will never forget this hotel and our interactions with its people. Truly a worthwhile visit!!

Premium ocean view room is amazing. Wonderful privacy, beautiful sunset views. Incredible breakfast buffet each morning. Great beachfront and pool. Wonderful staff.

We stayed here for four nights and our only disappointment was having to leave.It was exceptional from start to finish it's run to perfection. The whole team are just wonderful.Phoom looked after us and was a stand out.Pop the General manager came around at breakfast and introduced herself to all guests very hands on which was lovely to see.The breakfast is exceptional wow wow wow they have everything.Our room was beautiful what a view of the ocean.The complimentary sound healing and Pilates classes were fantastic.The whole resort is just so beautiful. We love the Banyan tree brand having stayed at the Koh Samui one a few years ago they're the best.We will for sure return to this amazing hotel.

Great hotel

Great Service, and the staff is fantastic. They knew every detail about our dietary needs and checked in to ensure we were having a wonderful time. The views from our room overlooking the sea was breathtaking. Food was amazing. We ate several meals at the hotel and each time they exceeded our expectations. Overall they made it a memorable stay.

Everything was wonderful. Staff, food, rooms and all areas. Nothing is left to chance. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough .

Banyan Tree was amazing. We had a Two Room Ocean Pool Suite. It was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was kept immaculate with twice daily cleaning. The service at BT was fantastic. Everyone stopped what they were doing at all times to greet us. They all had a great attitude and seemed eager to please. The food at the restaurants and bar was also wonderful. We had a bbq served in a room one night. The staff set up a bbq grill, prep tables and a dining table on our deck complete with table cloth and flowers. We had many served courses with delicious food all cooked to our preferences. Anything we wanted - food, drinks, ice, rides, reservations could be communicated through What’s App with immediate results. We also had wonderful spa treatments. When we left the property for excursions booked outside of the hotel, the workers at the front sent us off with towels and water and greeted us when we returned with a ride to our suite. I cannot stress enough the amazing proactive service we received, with little unexpected touches like nightly gifts. The pool and beach and staff there were also great. And from every location in the resort we could not get over the view. Finally we loved that the resort was quiet and private. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Krabi.

Amazing stay. Exemplary staff. All so professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel perfect in all aspects. Fabulous beach. 2 excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend the Banyan Tree and hope to return
