Staff were all amazing, a lovely welcome, very friendly and super helpful. The rooms were great, really big and well furnished. The breakfast was also great, loads of choice, all really fresh. A fab hotel.

Very close to the congress center and a Migros; great location, view and great breakfast. Good quality to price ratio.

Hotel was super convenient for the Davos congress centre, comfortable, clean, with a good buffet breakfast The only reason it loss a star was the TV was not tuned, remote didn’t work and thus was no use and it took two requests on two days to get it fixed.

Mould in the bathroom above the shower rose, 2 very flat pillows and 2 smaller pillows per room, no tea or coffee machine in the room per the cost of the room very sad

The location was good , breakfast can be improved, the hotel price is too high

Good location, just next to the local bus stop, nice rooms and fair price. Very good breakfast buffet.

Had a lovely stay at Congress Hotel. I needed a place to stay on short notice as I arrived to Davos a day earlier than expected. The hotel I had booked for the AO conference didn't have a room available and many of the hotels had closed their check in at 10 pm. Fortunately booking my stay after 10 pm was not a problem as the hotel has a 24/7 desk. I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and quiet, the bathtub was great for a relaxing bath after a long journey, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
