We had a great stay at the 4 bedroom suite, it was perfect location in Auckland CBD for our large group and the staff was very accommodating!

Property is old and my door actually broke my second day. I had to wait for about an hour before it was fixed and I wasn’t even offered anything for the inconvenience of an hour of my time lost waiting. Fixtures are falling apart in places and in the case of the towel rack in my bathroom, rusted. Most of the staff were trying their best to be helpful with their clearly limited resources.

Stayed for one night after our longer stay in Matamata. Hotel is clean, and space just nice for our family of 5 including our 3 teenage boys. Breakfast was a huge and good spread. Clean and comfortable stay.

Bien situé , central pour beaucoup de sites d’intérêts. Restauration 5/5. Présence d’itinérants le soir sur le trottoir.

Great location within walking distance of the bus station and the city centre. If you’re planning to have easy access to buses to and from the airport, this is the right place. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. There is a nearby homeless shelter/charity kitchen, so you may occasionally see people in the area, but I didn’t find it disruptive as a solo female traveller. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Auckland. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming ( Argentinian men )

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, Staff were very kinds, breakfast was complete and very good.

Nice clean eoom (we rented the studio with king bed ). We liked the kitchen and spacious roo. Quiet, although looking out at a parking lot :). It is a quirky hotel with unique decor. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast. buffet is delicious. We also enjoyed a few good dinner meals at their restaurant. The hotel is quite central (in artsy area) and near port, and theatres. Walking distance (about 10 min) to port for water tours. Really enjoyed staying here.
