Great hotel in a great location with lovely staff!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar, both of which offered great food, drinks, and service. The only area that could be improved is the room service, which was a bit inconsistent during our stay. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Covent Gardens, short walk and access to tube. Hotel staff very professional and helpful.

Overall a good stay and nice property, central to the West End theaters we were going to and also the Tate Modern was easy to get to via tube. They changed our room from original "accessible" room, and we ended up getting a top floor with views. Room was clean albeit a little dated , which seemed odd because don't thk it's very old. Front reception was great. Would stay again.

This hotel is well situated, very clean and has nice fixtures. The size of the bathroom is very small for a 5 star hotel. This was in a deluxe room. Staff service was quite hit and miss. We came in and out numerous times without being offered drinks. The staff were all over some other people. The lift doors don’t appear to have photo sensors. I was clobbered by them twice and saw other people being hit by them.

My husband, teenage son and I had a lovely weeklong stay at Middle Eight. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was consistently very pleasant and helpful. We found the location of the hotel to be excellent - a great place to explore Covent Garden or hop on the Ungerground to check out other parts of London. Would definitely stay here again!
