When I booked room, It showed that room with kitchen, but actually I didn't get kitchen in my room. And also they offered the bath towel is torn out, big hole on it. But motel location is convenient, and the price is affordable.

One of the most convenient motels to the north rim, this place was absolutely fine. Clean and comfortable, though definitely not modern or updated. It was an excellent price and my family slept comfortably there. Staff was friendly, property seemed well-maintained. I have no complaints. As a place to spend an inexpensive night or two while you explore the area, I recommend and would return.

The cleaning staff are good, it is the general maintenance of the 99 year old buildings. The clerk says how old it is often. That doesn't excuse the spongy floor in the bathroom or that the wall has a giant crack in it.General repair is lacking. They all need to be checked for building integrity and make it not feel like the bugs are going to attack you in your sleep. Several spiders found on first night, and a big 1.5" cockroach in the very pretty green grass. Otherwise it's fine. It's a place to stay for a night or two. Bring chanclas for the bugs!

Great location! Great shower, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, coffee. Property is old but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Lots of food options not too far away in Utah.
