Staff were incredibly helpful and very polite. Every staff member we encountered was positive and doing a great job. We had a few issues like the blinds in our room not opening and a hook that needed to be repaired, but we only stayed for a short period so it wasn’t a huge deal. We utilized the valet parking and we were very happy with that decision. The location was ideal for walking to the stadium and city museum. The breakfast options changed both morning we were there which was great.

Some of the issues with this property are out their control, but I feel it’s important for incoming travelers to be aware of. The 9th floor, where we were placed, smelled heavily of pot the entire weekend. The first on we were assigned, had no linens on the bed, no towels in the bath, soap and shampoo in the shower were empty and dirty linens were on the floor. Main hallways were full of garbage and not vacuumed. They placed us in a second room, which had linens, but sink was and counters were not clean. They reassigned us for a third time, and, again, dirty linens were left in the room. Laura, at the front desk was WONDERFUL, please give her kiddos for her smile and her service. The breakfast area must have had a leak in the ceiling, there was water dripping by the coffee station.
Overall, maintenance is an issue.

From the outside ur like hmmm! And then u walk in and it top tier! The room lay out was perfect! The staff was warm and inviting! The continental breakfast was top tier! Yummy and great variety!
