Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They sent us a bottle of wine to celebrate my son's birthday. It was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Luena.

We loved our stay at Hotel Luena! We needed something for our group of 7, with elevator, flat neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, and close to port and airport and Hotel Luena fit our needs perfectly! The check in person and check out person were excellent (both young men) and a special shout out to the check out person who made us sandwiches at 3am and packed us breakfasts to go. That is above and beyond! The breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had with a wide variety of healthy foods. The hotel was quiet and close to everywhere we needed to go and was affordable. I would absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was located exactly where we wanted, amongst lots of thrift shops, but an easy metro ride into downtown. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and they were helpful in prodiving information when needed.

Great staff, the rooms are cleaned very well. The hotel is tiny, all the rooms are very small, it’s a great option for a couple of nights

The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit small (typical in a large city) but were clean and functional. My only small complaint is that the overhead lights can’t be turned off independently from the bedside lights. Otherwise, a great value in an incredible city.

Hotel Luena is centrally located and very accessible to all city points of interest. The hotel had a crisp new feel to it and the staff were friendly and helpful with baggage storage and check in, dietary restrictions at breakfast and arranging transportation.

Hotel is in a convenient locaton to subway and car rental.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel, really clean, the staff were super nice, helpful, Damian specially answered all our questions and made suggestions, great guy! Several food options walking distance from the hotel. Definitely recommend this place!
