The person's English on the video call located on the front desk was terrible. Plus she had a horrible attitude. The rooms a/c didnt work properly. The worst experience out of all hotels we stayed at.

Great location and well maintained property. The only thing was that the room had quite strong residual cigaret smell near the kitchen fan from the previous customer even though we booked a non-smokong room.

Great value for money travelling with family

We were looking for a place near the bullet trains by Shin-Osaka station so we could come from Tokyo and take a day trip to Kyoto. This hotel met our expectations. It is very close to the station, clean, with wifi, and a few nice benefits. There is a very small washing machine that was useful for us. We never used it, but there were appliances such as a portable burner with pots and pans and plates if you wanted to cook. Also, the configuration for the room turned out to be useful for our family of with 3 adults. The toilet is in a separate small room with a tiny sink above when flushed. The bathroom sink and shower is in another room. And there is a small kitchen sink in the main living area. There are also several mirrors throughout. So, 3 people could get ready at the same time without waiting for the sink, bathroom, or mirror. The TV is a bit odd - it's a projection TV that we couldn't figure out, but we didn't try very hard. For the price, we found this room to be very functional and exactly what we needed as a home base for going to/from trains.

Good hotel. Great location

Neat and clean. Self check in with video tablet. Only noticed staff on site in the morning for cleaning after other guest check out. Laundry inside room was super convenient for a quick wash. Fit all 4 of us comfortable. Trains station a few minute walk around the corner. Was very convenient. Thank you so much, we all enjoyed out stay here.

Excellent location for our day trips from osaka. Convenient to major metro line. Great value. Perfect for family of 4 adults.

It should be better to have instruction for drying clothes and provide sponge for cleaning the bathtub.

The room and hotel were clean. The room had laundry facilities and a very small kitchenette. The main reason for the poor rating related mainly to the comfort of the room. The beds were like sleeping on the floor, not even a firm futon, but a concrete floor. The 2 seater sofa was equally as hard. The apartment style hotel had no staff onsite and communication was exceedingly difficult. it was in an exceptionally convenient area though and quiet considering the location.
