Parking was easy helped out be a very friendly and helpful parking attendant; the common areas were very good and so was the food and reasonably priced.
The room was just ok - we did get a cheaper room, but no electric kettle, housekeeping was on demand but ok. amenities (towels etc.) were of average quality and our room has no opening windows. Shower was ok but the rose did not fit the holder so made showering tricky at times. Not enough towels supplied as the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. Overall it was all ok, but not 5 star. Staff were all nice.

Most exercise equipment was broken. The pool was inside in the middle of the restaurant. No one would ever swim in it. Standard room beds were 2” thick foam pads on 2x4s
