Stayed for one night, terrible stay I must say. Hot water not working, power was not there for half a day, rooms are not clean and food quality too.
Only one good thing is the location.

Hotel restaurant food menu is good but the service level is not that great, typical 3 star. However the location is nice and the hotel manager Melwin is very prompt and helpful.

Amazing location, somewhere at higher point with amazing view. Good and clean cottage. Awesome service. Yummy food, reasonable. Nice guidance on site seeing. Felt like a customer after long time. Changed my perception about Ooty. Cancelled trip to Shimla hill stations from my bucket list.

The cottage we stayed in had a lovely view and was cozy and perfectly maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would definitely go there again!

매우 훌륭해요 Quick chek-in/check-out, efficient and helpful staff, well maintained. Approach road is a bit narrow for lager vehicles.
