Fantastic stay at Luvi Hotel! All staff members are so welcoming and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the views from the terrace are fantastic for the morning hot air balloons! The breakfast spread is plentiful and delicious. Location is also great with being not too far from the main town.

We booked a cave room but we were given the room right at the top of the hill that was not a cave room. The water was very slow at draining in the sink and the bathroom door would not close. I did talk to the front desk about it but they did not do a thing about it. In addition I had asthma and had difficulty climbing to the top of the stairs and they would not give me a room on a lower level. We were very disappointed

Friendly owner and staff. They helped us with parking and luggage. It was so thoughtful of them to prepare take-out breakfast for everyone when we needed to leave early for our flight. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff…great ambiance

Hotel location is great and the view of the Gorome is amazing. Room is clean and breakfast is great and staffs are helpful. The hotel reception helped us book the hot air balloon. We booked the stone room but we paid extra to upgrade for a cave room for experience. It’s a nice room and roomy but some plaster fell off from the ceiling. Overall experience was still great.

Our room was very quaint and private. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were stairs leading up to the room so make sure to inform the hotel if you cannot go up stairs. It was always a convenient pick up and drop off when we went on tours and a maximum 5-10 min walk to the town. There were lots of food options around. The breakfast was also good with a variety of tradition options. We also had a great scrambled egg and omelette. They also have a lovely rooftop to take photos!

The room was clean and beautiful and the front desk receptionist was very helpful from the start of reservation, until we checked in.

We are an American couple in our 50s from Southern California. We visited the Cappadocia region to go Hot Air Ballooning with our 18 year old daughter who is studying abroad in Rome for her freshman year. She was on Spring Break during our trip. We stayed at Luvi Cave Hotel for 2 nights from March 6th-8th. I originally booked a hot air balloon ride on March 7th. I got an email from the hot air balloon company around 3pm on March 6th and my email stated that the hot air balloon rides on the 7th are all cancelled because of the weather. This is where LUVE CAVE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO help me rebook a hot air balloon ride on the 8th. Keep in mind that I had a flight out of Kayseri airport on the 8th at 10:50am. Luvi Cave rebooked me on another hot air balloon ride in the 8th and Luvi Cave arranged for a taxi to meet me at the landing spot of where the hot air balloon would land. The taxi met me with my luggage at the landing spot and took me to the airport and we got on our plane on time at 10:50am. Luvi cave took care of everything. They were better than a travel agent. Our 2 days in cappadocia was 100% for the hot air balloon ride for my daughter because she saw it on TIK TOK. Thank you Luvi Cave for taking care of everything especially getting us on our plane on time.. Also I wanted to say the room we got was INCREDIBLE. If we come back to Goreme we will 100% stay at your property. Thank You so much.
