We loved this hotel. Very clean. The buffet breakfast was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The espresso/tea machine in lobby was great too. The room was small as expected but still comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Great toiletries/body wash and bathrobes. Good shower head. Hotel is on a very quiet street near a metro station and near a Family Mart and 7 Eleven.

Small room but useful

The amenities, rooms and location were all amazing. The staff were very helpful when I arrived 30 minutes before my check-in time and they were happy to give me an early check-in which me and my partner greatly appreciated. The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioning smells weirdly metallic in the room.

Excelente hotel, limpio, bien ubicado, etc

Staff were so wonderful and kind, especially since they helped me ship my luggage to my hotel to Hiroshima. Amenities were great, close to station and overall a good place to stay 🤗

Breakfast was far too expensive, laundry was far from convenient but the location was good and the room was clean.

Elevators were an absolute joke! Stood for around 15/20 mins one morning to get downstairs as stairs are not allowed to be used unless in an emergency! Never heard anything like it. Washer and dryer situation was awful as well, two machines to cater for the whole hotel, luckily there was a laundromat five minutes away!

Small clean room, staffs are helpful, breakfast is so so for the price.

Great location with wonderful staff. Room were very small. Ours was a double bed room where the bed was against the wall. Hard to move around in the room with two people. Not sure if all Kyoto hotels have such small rooms. Other then the room, lovely hotel which was extremely busy.

got a very small and very dark room, but asked to change room and they did change it.
