Good quality/price hotel. The only problem was that there was no hot water. I complained, and the lady at the reception offered in return a free breakfast, which was nice, but I had already planned to have breakfast elsewhere.

Only there for one night but it felt luxurious - clean quiet and modern. Staff very friendly. Only downside it’s a fair few minutes from nearest u/sbahn.

Rooms were a compact size and good for the price.

A hostel is better manage and cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights . There is obvious dirt at the reception floor and in the staircase which never been vacuumed for 2 days. 1 of the male staff at the reception is very rude

It was fine. No AC so if it had been hot it would have been miserable

As we stayed here during the recent heatwave it would have been good to have A/C but unfortunately it did not. The rooms are very hot and it got worse they higher floor you are on. Breakfast buffet has a reasonable selection and the hotel is otherwise perfectly adequate for a short stay. Good location if you are going to an event at the Olympic Stadium.

I paid for an IHG hotel and got a Hostel. I guess I’m expecting a certain standard, reinforced by the price. For a few more dollars I could have stayed at the JW. I should have. Don’t get me wrong, the place is OK, for a hostel. Staff was great, breakfast good, and as clean as you would expect for a hostel. If you want to stay at a hostel, this place is great. If you are looking for a hotel up to par with “western” standards, this is not it.

Excellent Breakfast. Shops near by. Self service laundry nearby. Metro nearby

Clean room, moderate sized hotel to the west of the centre. In a quiet area but a couple of late bars and shops around. 10mins or so to nearest U bahn.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, there were teenagers drinking outside til 3-4am and the soundproof was quite bad in the room. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning staffs or customers, but it was really noisy with furniture dragging from 9am, too.
