Only one towel and one washcloth for a two night stay. AC is evident, but rooms have no control of it. Bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable.

This was by far the worst experience I've had as a guest using Hotel.com. The place was not at all what it appeared online, the space was not cleaned and lacking amenities. I also found hairs in the bed from someone that was not at all staying with me and it was a bit uncomfortable because we did not have hot water for 3 days of our stay. The host was aware before we arrived that the place was not equipped to host guest and did not inform us until we reached out about how poorly the stay was on the first day. The check in process was also a bit hectic and took additional time upon our arrival to get us in because more information was needed. The host also ask if we'd like another room, and after we reached out about changing rooms, there was no response in doing so.
Overall, I would not recommend this place or host through Hotel.com and request a full refund upon review.

There's no receptionist on site will need communicate with an answering service to obtain entry code for the hotel. Also no onsite parking. I spent more money than I wished to.

매우 훌륭해요 Third time staying at the property. Minor issue with the elevator being out of service for a couple of days, but otherwise another pleasant stay. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

I had an issue with Expedia App this I could not see any comments that host was making. I saw the text address at the door of the property and I started communication with host then. Once communication was started everything went well. Professional and timely attendance from the team so the stay was good.
