The location of Super Hotel is excellent although taxi drivers won't pull up to the hotel. so you will still have to walk some to to the hotel if you take a cab. I have stayed in many small Japanese style hotel rooms and the one I booked for this hotel was by far the smallest. I ended up upgrading to a bigger room which was still incredibly tight. My main issue with this hotel is the size of the bathroom. It's very small and I couldn't really stand directly in from of the sink because the drain was located there so I had to step back from the sink to avoid standing in the drain and then hunch over and reach to the sink because the sink is small and short. After five days of this, my shoulders ached. The beds are also incredibly hard. I would not stay here again however, I still think it's a great hotel especially for location. It worked out well as it rained a lot when I was in Kyoto and this location of this hotel is excellent. But for the convenience of location, you trade off the small rooms and tight spaces, and hard beds. Each room also has a split AC and mine was cool but I could;' adjust the blower. Overall though, good hotel with nice staff and good breakfast. I just wouldn't stay here again as I like a bit more space as a middle aged female traveler.

Nice hotel with courteous staff, free breakfast and free drinks from three till 8 PM. Would definitely stay here again. superior value stay.

Great value if you just want a place to stay that has all the amenities you need. The place is sometimes a bit busy but it's understandable given how good the services are for what you pay. Breakfast was good, location is great, rooms did what they needed to and were reasonably sized for a Japanese hotel. Would be pleased to stay again.

Excellent stay, and extremely good value for money! It's also very clean and well-maintained. Onsen hours are reasonable, and the hotel itself is super close to transit stations and shops. Welcome alcohol bar and free breakfast buffet, what else can you ask for?? The room may be a bit small, but it's enough and well designed furniture that shows their thoughtfulness to travelers. Staff also very polite and helpful.

Great staff, always eager to help. Generous facility with plenty of condiments, that is consumables and toiletries.

Top notch service. Would definitely stay again but would choose a bigger room next time.

The staff explained the hotel upon arrival. The rooms are very modest sized but there is laundry and. Natural springs and very good breakfast. I like it alot .

Very nice hotel, very well maintained and clean. I enjoyed the spa very much.
