Staying at Mercure Hotel was a genuinely lovely experience — the staff were warm and attentive, and my room felt spotless and welcoming. I’d happily book again for the great location and cozy, modern vibe.

Always clean, quiet and friendly staff

The staff were welcoming and professional.The room was clean and tidy and well presented. love the fact that it provided Sky. Great hotel for traveling for work.

Excellent service. Easy parking. Fuss free. Surprisingly quiet. On a hill but no big deal. Would stay again.

On arrival staff were super helpful and friendly. Check inn was very quick. Parking Note: There are no reserved check inn carparks outside the hotel. My advice would be to park on a side road, Before staff direct you to you're reserved/booked carpark. Our room was adacute, mostly clean and tidy, nice little courtyard out the back. Only issue with cleaning were our mugs and teaspoons had a thick layer of dust on them. Clearly hadn't been used in sometime, overlooked by cleaning staff. The room was quite dark with no alot of natural light. Terrible for applying makeup. Things we loved... Staff,Breakfast & on-site parking. All and all we had an amazing stay & would stay again. Thanks Team 😊 Note for the proprietor... I've stayed at multiple 5 star hotels worldwide, and they all seem to lack spot lights above the vanity mirror. Lights are important for applying makeup. It's pretty rough when you have to sit outside to apply because you literally can't see a thing. Please keep this in mind should you be planning any renovations in the future Kristin

We liked the location - slightly out of the CBD and a nice walk down the hill. The breakfast was not amazing, but the staff were nice. The tv was annoying - unable to log in to any streaming so it was limited to the channels it had, which is a bit outdated. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I often stay here - amazing price for the quality, great friendly people and it’s quiet! Some rooms are a little tired and tight space wise but beds are extremely comfy and lovely big bathrooms.

It was lovely, clean, and conveniently located. A very good experience, all in all. I’d stay there again were I in Auckland.
