Was a little outdated and poor build quality even for Bali. Didn't feel luxurious at all.

Being located in calm place is very relaxing. The staffs were very responsive and caring

CAT FISH. Firstly - the staff were nice, but not overly attentive in anyway. No information in the room on anything at all. No food in the mini bar besides 4 bottles of water. No way to order snacks to your room. The place was okay, but had mould everywhere. Definatelt not like the photos at all. I went to go to the restaurant / bar and its not open anymore so i had to use gojek to order every meal or i would have starved. My phone in the room kept ringing, apparently it was a connection issue but it scared the shit out of me all through the night. Im not sure if its not up to scratch because of covid, but i wish i had read the google reviews first. The people there are lovely, and im sure they need out support, if ur looking for a cheap place with a pool stay there, but otherwise know the add is a cat fish and its not as nice as it looks.

located in the middle of residential area. good value for money. enjoyed my stay here. highly recommended.

Great two bedroom unit with Private pool. Only bad points were uncomfortable bed and noisy air conditioner. 2km walk to closest shops.

This is a terrible hotel with terrible service! I would not recommend to stay here. First of all this area is out of jimbaran and located in the middle of a houding area. We arrived at 1:30 Pm. So we had to wait a little Before our room was ready, which was said to be ready at 2 Pm. At 10 past 2 i walked to the lady and asked her about our room she told us we have to wait 5 more minutes. At 2:30, after we waited for an hour!, I told the lady I wanted to go to My room. When we arrived in the room. They were still cleaning the room and the Floor was still wet from the cleaning. So I asked for the manager. When the manager arived he was very rude. Told My i have problems of My heart and should not bring My problems to HIM. And that I should be understanding. After that he just walked out of the conversation. Besides this terrible welcome. The hotel was also outdated and had a lot of Stains and the airco was leaking. IT was also very noisy! You could here all the surroundings. Dont come here if you want peace or be treated nice.

Located in a quiet, residential area, away from most tourists, which is what we were looking for. Be aware that you will need transport to/from most places. Recommend that you use Bluebird Taxi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money destination. We stayed in Villa 9 & then 5 (air-con failed in first one). Both were ok, but definitely in need of renovation. As the kitchenette / dinning area is outside, there was a problem with mosquitos / bugs in the evenings. The pools are a good size. There are no steps for access, but there is a ledge at one end. Many of the tile are chipped, so there are some edges to be careful of. There were no sun loungers in either villa, which would have been nice.

Good place to stay, reasonably clean and staff are very attentive.

Their service was excellent and the wifi was good, TV channels were clear, pool was clean, air-con was cold and there were TV set both in the room and in the living room. The living room partition is shared by 2 units so likely to hear the neighbors if they are loud. However it's a good option for families which requires 2 bedrooms as they can open the partition for bigger space with 2 pools. But they provide only bar fridge so can't stock up too much food if you enjoy cooking. The lobby is at level 2 but they do have a walkway to the rooms on the ground floor. Just to note that the walkway is locked at night for security reasons so be prepared to walk up the stairs if you get back to the villa after sunset. Overall condition is well maintained just that the cushions are slightly dirty. This area is within the mountainous area so be careful of creepy crawlers. There are many stores and eateries along the busy street before the turn into the road which leads to the villa. Driving is recommended as it'll take approximately 15mins walk to get to the main street.
