Excellent

-very clean property/room -great food -great amenities: love they have 5 different pools -friendly staff -only one block away from the beach -probably one of the best hotels in the area -the only thing is we could’ve checked in early but this one front desk lady didn’t understand english (we asked “can we check in a little early or do we have to wait until exactly 3pm?” and she said yes). People who came after us checked in right away (around 2:30pm, while we’re still waiting in the lobby). Later we found out she barely understands english.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, breakfast buffet was spectacular. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel HM Ayron Park! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly relaxing — the perfect adults-only escape. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the amenities created such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still calm and serene. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca — truly a 5-star experience!

This stay in Mallorca was very special for us, as it was our first time on the island and also a birthday trip for me. We truly appreciated the kind birthday attention from the hotel — it was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel is beautiful, with a well-maintained territory and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent — very tasty, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. On the downside, the pool water was not heated and quite cold, which made swimming uncomfortable. Also, the shower area was not very practical — only a curtain, so water splashed everywhere and flooded the bathroom. Overall, despite these small drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience and many great memories from our first visit to Mallorca.

Staff were friendly enough although felt service needs some refining. Not much amenities in the room, had to ask for a iron and ironing board which took ages to bring up (an hour if not longer) Poorly thought out layout in the bathroom, door stopper right by the toilet so bashed my foot into that nearly everytime I used the toilet. Bar and outside pool area nice, balcony in room very nice which was just as well, there was a distinct smell like drains which wafted through constantly.
