Las condiciones del hotel no son malas, pero deben mejorar la parte del servicio, éramos 5 personas y solo nos puso un rollo de papel para el baño, solo un pequeño jabón, no hay toallas para la playa.

Room was clean and had a nice little balcony. We asked for a controler for the air conditioner and the owner hounded us about taking it. She came in our room when we went out.Breakfast was ok

I booked this specifically to be close to the Akrotiri ruins. It’s nice and clean with AC. Hotel was hard to get hold of by Orbitz and myself with no response prior to arrival due to flight arriving after midnight and I overlooked that when booking. Checkin is only until midnight in the fine print. It was fine but still anxiety producing since I didn’t know if I had a place to stay or not and there was no cancellation. They just left instructions since no one was available when I arrived. There was no wifi info in the room so that was inconvenient. I didn’t have that wifi info until the following morning and so could not plan. I booked a transfer taxi via Ryanair since I also asked for that from the hotel prior to arrival but got no response. The phone kept ringing and I left a message. They have breakfast for 5 euros if you’re interested. Close to bus stop and about 20-25 min walk to the ruins either via road or trail route . The road is steeper and hilly so I took the trail. Overall I would stay again, other than the non responsiveness and the wifi info not in the room everything else was fine

Beautiful villa with sauna and jacuzzi and a roof top terrace, Village is idyllic with some great shops and restaurants

Eva and Rafael are very good hosts, they went out of their way to make sure we were well. I strongly recommend Carlo’s Pension.

The proprietress and her son are very helpful and delightfully kind. She cooked fresh donuts as part of the breakfast. Good hot water.

Everything was very special in this place

Truly!! Done up so beautifully that it looks like a doll house with a jacuzzi & steam room. A terrace that overlooks the castle. The terrace comes furnished with lounge chairs, hammock and even barbecue pit (for summers). The apartment is in the middle of a village that you feel you are one of the locals. Walk down from the apartment (through the path between houses and the castle) for 5-7mins to reach Akrotiri village Center. Take the bus to Fira and connect to anywhere in Santorini. Santorini is a beautiful island and this apartment truly felt like home. Don’t wait for the summer. Go when you can make time. Also, a special mention to Maroulia. She takes care of the apartment and anything you need. She responds immediately and will help with anything you need. If you want a friend in lovely Santorini while you visit, she is the best. Thank you Maroulia.

La struttura è bella e curata, pulita e offre ogni confort. La gestione è seria, puntuale e discreta. Un posto adatto a una vacanza tranquilla, nella vera atmosfera greca.

This place is so amazing. Most definitely a hidden gem in the small village of Akrotiri. It includes everything you will need... and a lot more. The host is very informative and such a nice person, made us feel right at home. The villa is beautiful and you will never want to step out of it. I recommend this villa to anyone visiting Santorini.
