If you are expecting air conditioning in your room, go somewhere else. It is controlled by front desk and not in room. They did move us to a room on a lower floor as the heat in room was unbearable, so that was a positive, however we spent the night using wet hand towels to keep cool. The mattress in our room was awful, way too hard. The noise was the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. As people were coming and going the sound travelled loudly throughout the hotel. We heard many conversations through the walls. The positives were the location was close to Termini ( which also means it’s a little sketchy around the hotel). The breakfast buffet ( an added cost) was lovely with lots of options. The staff that helped us with our luggage was great- he was by far the friendliest of all the workers we encountered. At checkout the person on desk was very polite ( unlike the person who checked us in who was exceptionally short and ignorant).

Very nice staff, especially the night staff. Helped me with my suitcases and was very kind. Thank you.

Awful experience I pay a full price for one night I couldn’t sleep because the AC wasn’t working It was July 1

The stay was a disaster. The staff was rude. .. the only rude people we met in two weeks in Italy. The A/C might as well as been turned off. This was managed by the staff who keep it too hot. Again, the only place in Italy that did that. The restaurant gave us the creeps. The rooftop staff was nice. Avoid the Brown Turd.

Great hotel with lovely staff. It was within walking distance of everything! The food and drinks are a bonus, super tasty!

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bed was stiff and hard and the pillows are flat. Also, you cannot control the air conditioning and the room was always very hot. This made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, not too happy with our stay.

A nice clean hotel,lovely bed and bathroom,all in all I’d stay here again !
