The staff were great and I appreciated the early check in. Breakfast was also great. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that seemed to be coming through the vents from the room above. They should look at blocking it off because it was a strong smell, as if someone had been smoking in my room.

The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The carpet in the room was dirty. The shower had 5 separate controls, difficult to figure out in the absence of written explanation. The overhead shower directed the water to the shower door, potentially flooding the room. Breakfast coffee was excellent.

El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario, a pasos del Acueducto. Nos recibió Nacho y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Tomó de su tiempo para darnos un recorrido por las áreas del hotel y nos recomendó lugares a visitar y para cenar. El desayuno muy variado. Gracias por la atención recibida.

Great place to stay near the Aquaduct. Very clean , nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Paid parking nearby and other free options a short walk away . Lift.

훌륭해요 Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Very clean and tidy. No complaints at all. The lady looking after the breakfast area was exceptionally committed to her job (I wasn’t even allowed to take an apple with me after breakfast to take on my walk - or maybe my request was lost in translation).
