A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection takes place in City Center House Elephant at ul. Racławicka 76 from 14:00 until 22:00. Guests expecting to arrive outside these hours are kindly requested to contact the property beforehand.
