I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The check-in process was smooth, and although we arrived early, the hotel was happy to store our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been taken up to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. However, we did order food to be delivered one evening, and the staff called us as soon as it arrived, which was very helpful. The hotel has a vending machine in the main reception area for drinks, maps are available for guests, and there is a lift, making it accessible for anyone who cannot use the stairs. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom had all the essentials, and the room included a hairdryer, a safe, and a coffee machine, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Arrived for a last minute stay due to a festival cancellation! We had travelled through the evening and arrived in Amsterdam before check in! The guy on the desk was so lovely he arranged an early check in as our room was ready! So helpful and we were so grateful! Stayed 3 peaceful nights excellent location so clean and cool in the heatwave! I will only book this hotel going forward! Wonderful stay thanks all there!

Hotel is centrally located, close to the train station and walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff are approachable and helpful. They clean room daily which is a good thing. Breakfast is limited but okay. No spot to put soap and toiletries in the shower. We will stay here again.

Good location. The accommodation was passable and if you just need a bed and a walk name location, this place is fine. The gentleman working when we arrived was friendly enough. The woman working the front desk later in the day was very unfriendly and not very helpful. She looked irritated when I asked for information. The issue I encountered: I left my iPhone in the room. I discovered this once we landed in our next destination. I immediately messaged the hotel. NO RESPONSE. I waited and sent another message 24 hour+ later. NO RESPONSE. Again I waited more than a full day. NO RESPONSE. I am very disappointed and I was hoping to get some communication so I could figure out a way to get my phone back. BUT I AM BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED. When I travel, the most important thing for me is the experience and how I am treated.

The bathroom needs shelves and hooks for clothing and toiletries. The placement of the television makes viewing difficult.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for visiting Amsterdam. It is close to the central station, canals, restaurants, and many tourist attractions, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with the first room we received. The room was extremely small, especially considering the high price we paid for the stay. It felt cramped for two people with luggage and did not provide the level of comfort we expected for the cost. The hotel itself was generally clean and the staff were acceptable, but overall the value for the price was not great. The main issue was definitely the size of the room compared to the expensive rate. If location is your priority, this hotel works well, but travelers should be aware that some rooms can be very small for the price.
