Staff are very kind and our Japanese style room was well appointed. We did not try the breakfast. My only suggestion for travellers is if you get the sea facing room, it's directly window facing the main street everyone takes to get to the gate. Therefore starting from 8am, it can be loud.

Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioner did not work well on 5th floor room.

Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. It is located right on the main stretch of road facing the sea. The building, especially the public bath, is a bit old and outdated. But definitely would stay there again!

Great location and easy access from the ferry

Odawara Terminal Hotel 5/5 Excellent I can’t recommend this place enough. When my useless hotel in Kyoto had issues with shipping my luggage to Okinawa (I was already in Hiroshima when they informed me about this) they were absolutely no help and basically told me “sucks to suck” the amazing staff somehow managed to get my luggage rerouted to the hotel and it was sitting in the lobby waiting for me the next morning. Amazing staff and amazing place. I will be coming back again one day

What a unique experience it was. Clean rooms, clean showers. Amazing staff. Honestly the best location and the price $90 a night was INCREDIBLE. thank you for making our stay possible and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

You cannot beat the location, as it is right on the main drag and across from the water, and close to the ferry. It’s also close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful, as I had misplaced an item and they were able to hold it for me. The onsen in the basement is great. The tatami mats in the room are fine, and the futons are also comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything works.

Excellent location. Close to feŕry, restaurants and tourist spots. Room was simple and spacious. Lovely view of harbor.

The location was close to the ferry landing and central to the shops. The famous gate was just a few blocks down the beach. Ocean view from our room was great from the deck.

Clean room, easy check in, great location
