Awesome place to stay

This is a gorgeous place to relax: amazing views, great food, luxurious spa, inviting pools. Also close to Orvieto and snd Bsgnoregio, if you can tear yourself away. We couldn’t, so we simply stayed here and relaxed and enjoyed!

A truly hidden gem! Everything was amazing! Wish we had stayed a few more days.

Great experience all around

We adored this resort. The rooms, pool, delicious food and wine. All superb. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view!!!!! Loved it! Can’t wait to return.

This was a fabulous hotel!

The property is gorgeous. There is no prettier setting. The food and wine were excellent. We found the service marginal at best. It was not customer centric, and there was much more that couldn’t be done than we have experienced anywhere else. I understand that a “yes” is not always possible, but a mindset that is “can-do” to find solutions is what is helpful. Also, we were flabbergasted that after extremely expensive spa treatments, they charged an additional 100 euros for use of the other spa amenities, like hot tubs etc. we thought that outrageous.

Such a magical place!! We loved how peaceful and relaxing it was, surrounded by beautiful nature and vineyards. The food and wines at the restaurant were exceptional, and the staff provided outstanding service. Roberto was an excellent sommelier, and his attention to every guest was truly phenomenal.

Dislikes- AC was not working while there. Made it tough to sleep at night. Stiff pillows. Fairly steep slope between parking area and front entrance. The restaurant could have used some basic Italian dishes in lieu of their attempt to have all Michelin type meals. Nothing looked good to us for dinner which made us leave the property to find something to eat. Fairly expensive to do the wine tasting. Found other wineries nearby and had a much better experience. Likes- nice breakfast and wait staff. Nice view up on the hill towards Orvieto.
