Friendly staff, close to Camden Yards and M&T Bank Field!

Great stay on all fronts

Good location, friendly staff, clean hotel.

Room- When we got our key and was able to go up, we noticed that the hallways and the elevator even walking into the building. It was very clean it smelt amazing rooms was immaculate. I give it a 10 if I could. Dina was our housekeeper and I must say she has the most beautiful attitude and very good at her job. Our room was so cleaned and restocked well. We felt like we were home away from home. Thanks Dina Service- I have not experienced a more satisfying and comfortable experience with beautiful manners when entering in a hotel and checking out. All through my stay I experienced well mannered and respectful front desk staff. Christine was amazing she was able to speak with me over the phone and ensured I can check in early. Once we arrived she remembered me and continue to display a beautiful attitude throughout. Thank you Christine. Location- for where this hotel is located at I still find this to be a very great and amazing hotel no matter where you go. Sometimes hotels are placed in areas they can’t help but the way it’s secured at night. I felt more safe than ever. Yes, there are homeless people outside, but they did not bother us at all. I will be returning on every vacation when going to Baltimore. Parking- Is the only thing I believe can be better, maybe a both where you can be let in and higher fencing to help the safety of the guest.

Extremely kind and professional staff. Clean property

The room was clean, but they had broken machines in the breakfast area and so I didn’t get what I would have liked.

Everything was great loved it

The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays.
