No air con, no opening windows, sheets not replaced during stay, no kettle, no facilities. Think prison cell.

We were unable to stay. No AC, no elevator and we were supposed to stay on the 4th floor .

This hotel is in need of refurbishment . The phots of the rooms are not true . In reality tge property is in a very bad state of repair . The rooms need redecorating and are small . The bathrooms are in good condition and are kept very clean . The location is excellent

Friendly staff and well sighted for the Centre of Amsterdam. Decor felt a bit dated and the hotel could have benefited from air conditioning. Also the hotel might be unsuitable for persons having difficulty with stairs.

Nice little hotel. Very small rooms, but very clean and cozy. Very friendly staff!

Pictures do not match the room. Walls were in terrible condition and very old furniture. Very misleading with what they display as their room photos. Also an extremely tight and small room which does not appear to be the case on this photos. Walls had plaster on them from repair and paint on walls was very old. The hall was very tight to even bring a stroller through. Squeaky floors as well. Terrible air flow so the room kept feeling stuffy and congested. The window opened up to a view of a brick wall and was also unsafe to keep open at night due to no mesh lining.

Amazing area to be in, room is good for a few nights but tiny.
