Delicious food and great service!

This was our seventh or eighth stay here at the Cozumel Palace over the past 20 years. The resort has recently been remodeled and everything is perfect and pristine condition. The best part of staying here is the ability to just walk out into the ocean. The water is super calm and you can snorkel right on the back of the resort. The food is really good. The room sizes are large and plenty of space for all your things and a little sitting area plus a hot tub. They have free snorkel gear that you check out if you want to snorkel there at the resort. The swimming pool is nice and large. There’s a bigger section and then a smaller section for more chill. They recently renovated the Childrens play area with turf grass and it’s really nice for kiddos. Our favorite restaurant is definitely Momo the Asian place. The egg rolls are super good and the little steak that you cook on a hot rock is also amazing. Check-in is easy checkout is easy. The staff is super helpful if you need anything outside of the resort as well. They can book you on a catamaran cruise right there in the hotel. We have used the fury catamaran snorkel cruise twice now and we think it is absolutely amazing. Definitely rent a car so that you can travel and explore the entire island. We also stopped off at paradise Beach and Kuza Beach. If you wanna go somewhere, that’s got a Sandy Beach with calm water. Mr. Sanchez is nice too but often super crowded.

It was such an amazing stay here! Jennifer was so sweet to my boy and keep coming back to check on us. She was wonderful!

We came here for a family vacation with our kids and place was nice and walking distance to shop and port ferry. The food was just ok nothing to be excited about. Maybe cause it’s all inclusive. Daughter used the coffee bar and treats everyday. They have staff there that try and get you to join there membership but are rude about it when you say no. Other than that entertainment group was amazing and joined in with everyone. Bartenders were great when asking for drinks and virgin drinks for the kids. They were all great. I would recommend this place for the location just not for the food. Over all I would give it a 7 rating.

Everything about the resort was exceptional. Food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. Will definitely return.

Planning with Expedia was easy. American Airlines was great going and coming. Just the customs and immigration part was long on the way back when we landed in Miami (like 2 hours walking in lines). I recommend checking your bags if you have a family. As far as the hotel, it was so AMAZING! It’s so clean. All white and sturdy and rock and clean from top to bottom. Literally everyone who worked at the hotel was helpful and nice and professional the entire time. We felt like royalty. They treated all of us better than family. So many food choices. We enjoyed all the restaurants. There was always food and drinks available. The location is great. 20 min walk from downtown and the fairy. So many friendly people running at sundown outside. My son enjoyed his daily runs. Just outside the pool area is the ocean. It’s beautiful. Crystal clear all the way down, like 12 meters, for everyday snorkeling. The hotel provided the gear for free every time. It was our favorite thing to do everyday. Never got old. Cancun and playa had seaweed but our water was super clear. We did a little sales pitch deal that was very informative and were given hotel credits which we used to do off site snorkeling and scuba diving. They have a day care area from 9am-10pm. We didn’t use it until the last 2 days but my son loved it because of the video games and friends. Shows were great. Literally something for everyone everyday. Our first time. We should have done this years ago. Will only go here again!

Friendly staff

Conveniently located to the ferry terminal and great scuba diving. Hotel was nice, food was good, and the resort is gig enough to have a variety of food options but not too huge. What prevents me from giving it a higher recommendation was the lack of staff support in solving a transportation problem. We booked a $250 hotel transfer from the Cozumel Palace to the Cancun airport…and the driver did not show up. The hotel said it was a 3rd party so not their issue, but would not remove the hotel charge. Very frustrating end to what was otherwise a good stay.

Amazing place if you just want to relax, receive fantastic service and enjoy the all inclusive delicious food and drink. Restaurant quality and service was exceptional. (Remember to bring some proper footwear for the semi formal Italian restaurant. I had to buy some sandals from the shop across the road) Jumping off the jetty into the warm caribbean sea was a great start to the day. Coming from Australia we loved the mix of American, Canadian and Spanish banter during the daily pool volleyball game. Thankyou for such a great experience. Our family of 5 loved it.
