Lovely members of staff , thank you

Hostel area is in a basement and seemed to be right on top of the subway. People were yelling and shouting all hours of the night. Bring earplugs. There was a loose tile in the corner that looked like it opened right to the subway. I was a little concerned about rats coming in, but never saw or heard anything like that. I only stayed one night and I actually slept great surprisingly. The kitchen area and bed cubbies were nice with more than adequate power plugs and the lockers were big enough for shoes, a backpack and my carry on luggage which was amazing.

Location is very good, convenient. Accommodating and helpful desk staff. It was very noisy outside of the hotel bec of some rowdy young men, otherwise the place was satisfactory to our needs.

The apartment was tremendous for a short stay in Lille. Clean, as described and all the staff were great. Thanks!

Excellent helpful staff near both stations and very short walk to centre staff very helpful with directions and excellent fresh breakfast

Excellent value in the center of lille

It was very practical, having what was needed for a comfortable 2 days. We did not get to see any staff. We left early and came late. I liked it very much.

Room was bigger than expected. Good amenities in the room for cooking.
