Everything is great except for the air conditioning as the room is not cooling despite setting the temperature to 15C, air condition is not as per temperature set

Room and overall facilities are quite good, also the location is fairly near to many interesting spots of the city. There is a metro station 2 blocks away which is very helpful if looking for an.option with budget constraints for your trip to Chengdu

매우 훌륭해요 Pleasant hotel with a great location—close to restaurants and shopping. Also a wine shop was nearby with a nice selection of French reds. Tea in the lobby was a nice welcome. Language at the front desk was only a minor challenge.

Very good location,Very convenient go to anywhere in Chengdu City, Reception counter staff very friendly very helpful, Housekeeper excellent, Always keep room clean, Let us sleep feel very comfortable, I’ll stay this hotel again when we come to Chengdu city at next time.

The hotelstaff was not very helpfull, quite rude actually.
The matrass of the hotelbed was old and the towels were old and had holes in it.
The location was quite far from the underground. I would not recommend it.
