First day the staff was very nice. Our room was noisy so we ask to be transferred. They were nice to move our staff only the room was smaller but it was quiet.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again.

Clean, modern and well laid out room. Everything that was needed. Breakfast a bonus. A bit further from the station than the listing suggests.
