The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their friendly attitude really made a positive difference throughout the stay. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was fresh, clean and comfortable .The hotel is very family-friendly,warm atmosphere and facilities suitable for children .

From the moment you approach Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, its striking Egyptian obelisk shape makes a memorable impression. That grand, majestic theme carries right through the entrance, seamlessly blending with sophisticated French style to create a truly unique luxury experience. The ambiance throughout the property is incredibly serene, made even more delightful by the soft classical music playing in the reception areas and hallways. It adds an understated touch of timeless class to every walk through the hotel. As for the accommodations, my room was an absolute haven. The highlight was easily the exceptionally comfortable bed—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was pristine and beautifully designed, and the daily housekeeping was absolutely meticulous, keeping everything in flawless condition with great attention to detail. Combined with an unbeatable, highly convenient location, this hotel offers the perfect balance of striking architecture and peaceful, top-tier hospitality. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

We booked several hotels for our stay in Dubai and used this hotel for the last night, booked 2 rooms but when we arrived for check in apparently only 1 was showing on their system. I then had to evidence my reservation so another room was booked for me. That wasnt pleasant. It wasn't a warm welcome or check in. Staff were professional but not friendly or nice so on that basis I didnt feel excited. I had to ask about events & facilities as this wasnt mentioned to me. I found that extremely odd considering it was quiet and not a single other customer was at check in or in the lounge area so they were not busy at all! Breakfast the next day was different. We had a host who kept coming over and checking on us, at one point I wanted to ask to leave us alone it was too much. I called to ask for late checkout and was told I would get a call back, I then waited 2 hours and then called again and was told yes until 4pm and theyre sorry this wasnt communicated. I called at 3.45 pm To ask for assistance with luggage and waited in my room rather than leaving my belongings. At 4.30 pm! I had a call asking if I wanted to extend my stay as I hadn't checked out, I explained ive been waiting for assistance with cases. The lack of communication really let it down, I wasnt happy at all. The pool was ok, nothing to shout about for this hotel for me sadly. Other than the toiletries in the bathroom.

Excellent professionalism and kindness from all staff. (Joyce @ reception in particular). Breakfast was delicious and many choices. A la carte made to order menu was brilliant. Pool is amazing and all facilities were 5 star.

Stayed for husbands 60th birthday. We had a 2 bed suite which was amazing. We’ve stayed before and really enjoyed it but this time something was missing. The club lounge was very nice but the newer staff didn’t seem to be as on the ball as the older staff. I’d asked for the birthday package to be in the suite and paid £150, this comprised of balloons, cake and non alcoholic wine. Wish I hadn’t bothered as the balloons where mainly deflated when we arrived and not very inspiring, wish the cake had been much smaller as there where only 3 of us and more than 3/4 went in the bin. The clearness of the suite where amazing
