Super friendly front desk staff. Great location, easy walk from the Atocha train station. Close to restaurants and shopping. Room was comfortable and quiet. Nice rooftop terrace. Would stay again!

Great and helpful staff and cant beat price for location. Elevator and ac a plus, tho mattress not the best and ac seems to turn itself off during the night. Would stay here again.

Coffee machine in my room vibrated and big cup flipped hot coffee all over the floor.
I immediately went to front desk and told the manager that hotel should use smaller espresso cups.
Since nothing was offered but a towel (to clean up my mess) I drank coffee in the lobby.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff and cleanliness were great. The only issue we had was on the last night there was no hot water to take a shower. I called the front desk about the issue, and I was advised they were having problems with the hotel’s water heater.
