Unbelievably shocking place. The reception closes for 3 hours everyday. If you to wait around like an idiot for 3 hours if you come during those hours. It’s a 2 star dump- don’t waste your time. I also wanted to leave my bags there while I went to the store etc. they shut it down at 12 noon. I went at 12.15 to ask if I could just leave my bags for a couple of hours- they refused. Absolutely zero customer service or hospitality. Avoid this place. Do yourself a favour

The room was spotless. Modern clean and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

The room facilities were really nice. Underground parking for 8 euro was safe and secure. In overall the place is more than good, however we faced the issues with hot water in the evening, and sewage smell from the bathroom drain pipes reflected on our opinion about the room.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Zenitude. Staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Loved our heated towels. Enjoyed our patio facing green outdoor area. We loved that the parking garage had its exit practically right under our room! Yes, I was feeling Zen at Zenitude!
