Beautiful hotel overall, not your ordinary room, class and attention to detail. The roof top is 10/10, one of the best in the city and in the evening, you can tell by how busy it is and the line to get up. Guest have VIP access to the Basement Club/bar venue, no wait. Line is always long, including access to roof top no matter what, no wait. Staff is friendly and timely; the food options and bar are top notch. Best part is you are in arguably the best part of the city, we were able to walk to everything, and subways are close for airport. One of my best hotel experiences by far. Location location location! I will return

i could not recommend a hotel higher. me and my bestfriend will never come to new york and not stay here. the rooms are amazing, beautiful and spacious and so clean. stocked with everything steamer hair dryer mirrors. i mean we are blown away. the staff is so nice and helpful, so many amenities you can’t even keep up. i am in love with the public. the staff treats you as if you are royalty just for staying with them. i have ZERO complaints and wow the housekeeping ladies. AMAZING. we never had to ask for anything. they kept us clean and fully stocked our whole trip. I wish i could give the public 1000000000 stars. Thank you!!!!!
